Originally from Hawai‘i, Jazmine has called Kotzebue home since 2016. Soon after moving to the region, she began volunteering with the Kobuk 440 in 2017. She started out working shifts at race headquarters and gradually stepped into larger roles, including coordinating headquarters operations, organizing musher housing, timekeeping, and supporting race logistics wherever needed. Jazmine and her husband, fellow board member Sam Camp, have spent the past several years helping Ruth Iten as dog handlers and are now beginning to build a small recreational team of their own. This is her first term serving on the Kobuk 440 board.​
