Dickie is the Facilities Manager for the Northwest Arctic Borough. He often travels to the villages to work on the Village Public Safety Officer housing and to carry out maintenance for the offices. He volunteers for Search and Rescue and for the Kotzebue Volunteer Fire Department when needed. Dickie likes to go out boating, hunting, and travelling by snowmachine. He is excited to help with the Kobuk 440, and to do what is needed for the dog mushers. ​
